Upon the completion of your order placement, an immediate action will ensue - a notification and a comprehensive confirmation email will be dispatched to your provided address from our dedicated email of FireplacesPro. This email holds significance as it denotes the successful processing of your purchase within our system and the pre-authorization of your credit card. Subsequently, the transmission of your order will be facilitated to our transit team, tasked with collaborating alongside our supplier and/or warehouse manager to validate the immediate availability of your chosen item for prompt packaging and shipment.
In the unexpected scenario where your selected item faces unavailability or is placed on backorder(which is not in stock currently), the pre-authorization will be annulled, and a rapid email communication will be initiated to apprise you of this development. If the ordered items within your order become eligible for shipping within a span of 7-14 days, or if your order comprises Made-to-order or customized items with lead times stretching from 2-24 weeks, the charges will be processed, and the shipping process will commence. Following the completion of the manufacturing process and the items being primed for shipment, you will be issued a shipping confirmation notice with tracking information.

IF ANY DAMAGES IN DELIVERY
Upon the arrival of the item(s) you've ordered, we kindly request that you perform a meticulous inspection of the packaging. Should you notice any signs of damage to the packaging, it is crucial to make a comprehensive note of these observations at the time of signing for the delivery. In the unfortunate circumstance where your item(s) arrive in a compromised or damaged state, we strongly encourage you to take photo and video showcasing the extent of the damage and promptly send them to our dedicated email address at support@fireplacespro.com. Your swift action in providing visual documentation enables us to initiate an insurance claim on your behalf to expedite the resolution process.
In the case of defective items, we are committed to facilitating replacements at no additional cost to you. It is imperative to thoroughly inspect any damage sustained during shipment immediately upon delivery, and should any discrepancies be identified, it is crucial to file any necessary claims within 2 days of receiving the items. Your timely notification of any shipment damages, whether via email or phone, allows us to take appropriate measures, including promptly sending a replacement or initiating a full refund of the purchase price. It's important to note that any delays in filing claims may result in additional expenses for you, our valued customer.
For shipments handled via freight, extra care is warranted during the examination process. In instances where any damage or missing items are detected, it becomes the customer's responsibility to meticulously document these issues on the bill of lading before providing your acknowledgment for the delivery. This notification enables us to swiftly make arrangements to have replacements shipped directly to you.
We kindly ask that you refrain from refusing the shipment outright. Any return of the shipment should only occur subsequent to our issuance of a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Without the requisite RMA, regrettably, we cannot accept any returned shipments. Therefore, it is essential to coordinate with our team to obtain the necessary authorization. Please note that if a shipment is returned without an RMA, the responsibility for such action lies with the customer.
Prompt reporting of any missing items is essential and should be completed within 3 days of receiving your package. If a package arrives at your doorstep with items missing, we implore you to contact us immediately via email or phone. It's important to understand that we cannot assume liability for missing items if more than 3 days have elapsed since the receipt of the package. Additionally, in cases involving undeliverable or refused merchandise, please be aware that freight charges will be incurred in both directions, even if the initial purchase was made with the benefit of Free shipping.
AFTER SHIPMENT
Upon the receipt and processing of your order, our initial step involves conducting a thorough evaluation of the stock availability status pertaining to your chosen item. This assessment typically commences within a maximum timeframe of 7 days from the date of your order placement. Subsequently, the initiation of card processing is activated in cooperation with this stock evaluation process.
As soon as the tracking numbers associated with your order become accessible within our system, we diligently ensure their prompt forwarding to the email address provided during your purchase transaction. However, in the event that you do not receive this vital tracking information from our team within an 8-day period subsequent to your order, we encourage you to promptly reach out to us via email at support@fireplacespro.com. Your communication is pivotal to us, and we strive to ensure your satisfaction and provide the necessary assistance.
We kindly emphasize that the estimated delivery dates provided for high-demand items, backorders, products with low or depleted inventory, as well as custom-made orders, as explicitly indicated on the product or cart pages, remain tentative and are subject to potential alterations. We acknowledge the importance of this information to manage your expectations regarding the delivery timeline for such specific item categories.
For particular Made to Order(starts manufacturing after the confirmation of order from Customer) items are within the range of 4 to 10 weeks.

For Semi-Flush Mount Installation
For rooms where space may be at a premium, WM fireplace models can also be partially recessed within a 2 x 4 wall. The unit will sit 2” outside of the wall with 4” of the unit mounted inside.
- This install option requires the Semi-Flush Mount Surround to finish the look of the fireplace.
- The Semi-Flush Mount Surround has a black finish and has a depth of 2 1/4”
- The Semi-Flush Mount Surround must be purchased separately. Ships in a separate box.
- This application is only applicable to the WM models.
Hassle Free Installation – Standardized Sizing
The Remii-WM fireplaces have been made with standardized unit sizing.
Standardized fireplace sizing creates hassle free installation at any stage of the project. This means that the opening for the fireplace can be made at any stage of a build – the appliance can be easily installed and finished with the included surround at the end of a project. The surround beautifully completes the fireplace without the need for detailed or costly finishing.
Clean Face
NO UNSIGHTLY VENTING – Unlike electric fireplace models made by other manufacturers, Remii WM electric fireplaces are unencumbered by unsightly venting or red glowing heat grills. Venting and grills take away from the aesthetics of a fireplace and the WM series has some of the biggest glass viewing areas in the industry. You’ll see more of what is important – a beautiful, warm and comforting flame display.
Hidden venting and no grills
The heater is located at the top of the WM-100 fireplace allowing heat to cascade down in front of the glass.
