This email holds significance as it denotes the successful processing of your purchase within our system and the pre-authorization of your credit card. Subsequently, the transmission of your order will be facilitated to our transit team, tasked with collaborating alongside our supplier and/or warehouse manager to validate the immediate availability of your chosen item for prompt packaging and shipment.
In the unexpected scenario where your selected item faces unavailability or is placed on backorder(which is not in stock currently), the pre-authorization will be annulled, and a rapid email communication will be initiated to apprise you of this development. If the ordered items within your order become eligible for shipping within a span of 7-14 days, or if your order comprises Made-to-order or customized items with lead times stretching from 2-24 weeks, the charges will be processed, and the shipping process will commence. Following the completion of the manufacturing process and the items being primed for shipment, you will be issued a shipping confirmation notice with tracking information.

IF ANY DAMAGES IN DELIVERY

For shipments handled via freight, extra care is warranted during the examination process. We kindly ask that you refrain from refusing the shipment outright. Any return of the shipment should only occur subsequent to our issuance of a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Without the requisite RMA, regrettably, we cannot accept any returned shipments. Therefore, it is essential to coordinate with our team to obtain the necessary authorization. Please note that if a shipment is returned without an RMA, the responsibility for such action lies with the customer.
Prompt reporting of any missing items is essential and should be completed within 3 days of receiving your package. If a package arrives at your doorstep with items missing, we implore you to contact us immediately via email or phone. It's important to understand that we cannot assume liability for missing items if more than 3 days have elapsed since the receipt of the package. Additionally, in cases involving undeliverable or refused merchandise, please be aware that freight charges will be incurred in both directions, even if the initial purchase was made with the benefit of Free shipping.

With its large ceramic glass window and clean-face design, this luxury direct-vent fireplace creates the illusion of a site-built fireplace but offers the convenience and operating efficiency of a modern gas system. The traditional luxury clean-face fireplace is available in 36-inch and 42-inch models.

These direct-vent fireplaces draw in fresh outside air to support combustion and exhaust combustion by-products to the outdoors. The 5 x 8 vent-within-a-vent isolates the incoming fresh air from the exhaust, yet still requires just a single hole through the wall or roof.
