RETURNS
To qualify for a return, products must retain their original packaging, including pallets, and must remain unutilized or modified in any way. Additionally, they should maintain a resalable condition to be eligible for return. It's important to note that certain categories such as Special order(starts manufacturing once the order confirmed by customers) items are exempt from our standard return policy, which is Non Returnable/Cancellation. To verify the eligibility of an item, we recommend referencing the respective product page for specific guidelines.
Kindly take note that return shipping costs may apply to discounted orders. To maintain transparency, we would like to inform you that in the case of returning items purchased using discount codes, the refund amount will be adjusted by deducting the incurred return shipping expenses(we asure that will not be much).

Upon confirmation, we will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, which is essential for processing your return shipment. It's important to note that returns are not applicable for gift cards.
